Parks Avenue Goldendoodles requires all new owners to sign and accept the terms and conditions of the Health Warranty & Non-breeding rights on or before the day they bring their new puppy home.

Each new family will receive updated vet records for their puppy & a copy of their signed Health Warranty & Non-Breeding Rights agreement on pickup day.
